Baez got twisted making a play on Justin Bour's grounder to open the Marlins' seventh. Brian Anderson then doubled to left, a play that Baez wasn't involved in. But Cubs athletic trainer Nick Frangella and manager Joe Maddon went out to check on Baez, and the infielder then left the game.
