CHICAGO -- Kris Bryant's left wrist is just fine, apparently.
Bryant launched a solo homer with one out in the fourth inning against the Cardinals' Adam Wainwright on Friday afternoon at Wrigley Field to open a 3-0 lead for the Cubs. Bryant was hit on the wrist by a pitch on Tuesday against the Pirates, and he had not played since.
According to Statcast™, the home run was measured at 448 feet, and it landed in center field on top of a batter's eye suite.
