The Cubs scored four runs in the bottom of the fifth and took a 5-3 lead into the sixth. Justin Grimm served up two, two-run homers in the sixth. And the Reds cruised to a victory over the Cubs on Monday night at the old ballyard.
The Cubs were not prepared to play and hopefully the loss the team suffered will serve as a wake-up call. The Reds won for just the third time in 17 games Monday night (3-14).
