In their latest 2020 mock MLB draft, Baseball America had prep outfielder Robert Hassell going to the Cubs with the 16th overall pick. A 6-foot-2 center fielder from Thompson Station, Tennessee (a bit south of Nashville), Hassell is a Vanderbilt recruit. As such, he wouldn't come at any sort of discount. Here's a look at Hassell.
He hits and throws lefthanded, and recently performed well in an international tournament for players under 18. The bat doesn't sound like a serious concern yet, and he seems to have am advanced approach.
I normally don't burn much time talking about preps, as updates from high school games are normally about useless.
