CHICAGO -- Like many Chicago natives on early Thursday morning, Dwyane Wade was happy to see all the joy in his hometown after the Chicago Cubs' thrilling Game 7 win over the Cleveland Indians to clinch the World Series. The 34 year-old knows how much it means to residents to be able to take pride in something one of the city's teams accomplished.
"For the city of Chicago it's big for just shedding positive light on our city," Wade said after Friday's shootaround. "And that's what it's all about. So much negativity going on here in the city of Chicago.
