Back in November, the Bulls announced that they would have a new NBA Development League affiliate in Hoffman Estates; located roughly 40 minutes from United Center.
On Wednesday, the Bulls officially announced the winning name for the new franchise in their inaugural season at Eisenhower Junior High School, which is located about 15 minutes from where the new Bulls will be playing their home games next season.

“The Windy City Bulls will build on the great traditions of the Chicago Bulls and bring the enjoyment and love of the game of basketball to fans in the Northwest Suburbs,” Chicago Bulls President & COO Michael Reinsdorf said in an official press release.
