Per Darren Rovell, Forbes Magazine has the Chicago Bulls listed as the fourth-most valuable team in the NBA with a $2.9 billion valuation.
The only teams ahead of the Bulls are the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors. This makes sense. The Lakers and Knicks are the only teams in a bigger market than the Bulls, and the Warriors have arguably put together the greatest team in NBA history at the exact time that the NBA is booming as a business.
According to NBC Chicago, the Bulls’ current valuation is 10 percent higher than last year’s.
