LAS VEGAS – Jim Boylen doesn’t want to put any added pressure on second-year forward Chandler Hutchison this offseason.
Fair, considering since Hutchison’s rookie year was cut short because of a toe surgery that forced him to the shelf in late January.
But there’s a certain reality that Hutchison must face, and that can’t be glossed over. It’s time for him to take some major steps forward in showing he can be a defensive stopper, and Summer League is a good place to start.
“Every level in my career I have been that guy,’’ Hutchison said Saturday.
