Gibson spoke at his City Basketball ProCamp in the Chicagoland area on Saturday, and revealed what many speculated: He was playing through a ton of pain.
Not only did Gibson need ankle surgery this summer, he was playing on a torn ligament in his left ankle during the playoffs.
