The Chicago Bulls have reached agreement on a sign-and-trade with the Washington Wizards for guard Tomas Satoransky, league sources tell ESPN. The Bulls are signing Satoransky to a three-year deal, league sources tell ESPN.
A restricted free agent, Satoransky's usage spiked last season when John Wall underwent season-ending surgery on his heel in January. The Czech guard posted career highs in both starts (54) and minutes played (27.1), and after the All-Star break, he had averages of 11.0 points, 6.5 assists and 4.2 rebounds.
The 6-foot-7 Satoransky has played both guard positions, but prefers running an offense, as his passing prowess suggests.
