On Friday night, Bulls guard Rajon Rondo was benched in the second half of a loss to Indiana. On Saturday night, he didn’t start a game for the first time since his rookie year.
Then he didn’t play at all in the Bulls’ 116-96 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks at the United Center.
When Rondo spoke to reporters at his locker after the game, he sounded like someone who wasn’t sure if he’d ever wear a Bulls uniform again.
“You know, I’m not surprised,” Rondo said. “It’s been a tough season for us right now with ups and downs.
