The Bulls on Monday signed Felder, the high-flying, 5-foot-9 guard, after he was waived by Atlanta. In Chicago, Felder will add depth to a backcourt that begins the 2017-18 season decimated by injuries.

Hoiberg on Tuesday labeled Felder “dynamic,” “explosive” and “fearless.” He also credited Felder for being an instinctive player who is good at both running pick-and-roll and penetrating into the paint to collapse defenses.
