Philadelphia 76ers forward Paul George (finger) exits early

CHICAGO -- Philadelphia 76ers forward Paul George exited in the second quarter of Saturday's game against the Chicago Bulls and did not return after injuring his left pinky finger.

George did not play the final five minutes of the first half and did not begin the third quarter on the court with the team before the Sixers announced the injury would prevent his return. He played 13 minutes and went 3 of 6 from the field with nine points.

Philadelphia arrived in Chicago on the second night of a back-to-back and after a 132-129 upset win over the Cavaliers at home on Friday, which snapped a seven-game Sixers losing streak.
