Hyperbolic? Maybe...but that’s how it has felt for Bulls through two preseason contests. Maybe we’re just overly amped up about our team after the six-ish years of misery we’ve endured since the Bulls were truly competitive.

So yes, Bulls fans do deserve to get excited about a dominating 121-85 win against the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday night, even if it is just the preseason and the Pelicans didn’t play Zion Williamson or Brandon Ingram.
