On December 16, Pau Gasol welcomed a special fan from Spain to Chicago. Diego, a 14-year-old from Madrid, was recently diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma. With the help of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Diego was able to fly to Chicago to meet his idol, Pau Gasol, and watch the Bulls play against the Grizzlies and Pau’s brother, Marc. Diego and his family watched the Bulls’ shoot around at the Advocate Center, toured the facility and played basketball with Pau. After the game, Diego was able to spend time with Pau and Marc.
