When Northwestern takes the floor against No. 16 Purdue on Sunday afternoon for its last game of the regular season, it’s not going to be just like any other game.
Of course, there will be reminders of what happened on that same floor four days prior, the thrilling win over Michigan that will go down in school history as the one that likely punched their ticket to the NCAA tournament. But the Wildcats can’t think about that.
“You have to get over the feeling of when you win a big game and then move forward to the next one,” Northwestern coach Chris Collins said.
