Nikola Mirotic has barely had a chance to get settled into his new home of New Orleans, but the freshly-traded forward already put up some solid numbers with his new team.
Mirotic made his Pelicans debut just days after being traded from the Bulls and had 18 points and 12 rebounds in his first game with the Pelicans. He added four steals while shooting 8-for-13 from the field and 3-for-8 from 3-point range.
Mirotic came off the bench, but played 35 minutes. With DeMarcus Cousins out, the Pelicans have a lot less firepower, but Anthony Davis carried the load with 38 points on Saturday.
