The Chicago Bulls may not have made the splashiest of moves this summer in NBA free agency, but that is usually a good thing which indicates stability. Signing Jimmy Butler and Mike Dunleavy made sure that the Bulls will have the perimeter defense and shooting to contend in the Eastern Conference for the next few years, and Gar Forman has done solid work in the last month after welcoming in Fred Hoiberg.
