After falling far short of expectations for the opening two and a half months of the college basketball season, Duke forward Cam Reddish is starting to live up to the hype that had him projected as a top 3 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.
Reddish poured in 24 points in Duke’s win over Boston College back on Feb. 5, then hit a pair of clutch 3-pointers to close out the Blue Devils’ amazing comeback win at Louisville earlier this week.
For the season, the 6-foot-8 forward is still shooting an underwhelming 37 percent from the field and 35 percent from the college 3-point line, but scouts are starting to see more of the smooth athleticism that originally made him such a coveted prospect.
