Most people expect the Bulls to do one of two things with the No. 16 pick in the draft on June 22. They could stick with their approach in recent years and take an established three- or four-year college player from a big program who’s quote-unquote “ready to contribute right away,” like North Carolina forward Justin Jackson, or break character and swing for the fences with a younger, high-risk/high-reward prospect like 19-year-old guard Terrance Ferguson.
Duke shooting guard Luke Kennard, who worked out with the Bulls earlier this week, could be a middle ground between the two approaches.
