If Joffrey Lauvergne decides to accept this qualifying offer that’s been reported about, the Chicago Bulls will be paying him $2.1 million for the 2017-18 season.
Lauvergne, who was traded to the Bulls at the trade deadline by the Oklahoma City Thunder, played in 20 games for Chicago last season. In those 20 games, the 25-year-old center put up 4.5 points per game with 3.4 rebounds per game.
David Aldridge had the initial report of the Bulls offering Lauvergne to stay in Chicago for at least more season.
Bulls will extend qualifying offer to F Joffrey Lauvergne, acquired in Gibson/McDermott deal from OKC in February w/G Cameron Payne.
