The Bulls' emotional leader, who is out four-to-six months following surgery to repair a separated shoulder, posted to Instagram a photo of his stitches being removed.
Joakim Noah spoke earlier this week for the first time since suffering the injury, telling reporters he'll "bounce back" but declining to discuss his future with the Bulls. Noah will be an unrestricted free agent at the end of this season.
Noah won't be with the team for their seven-game road trip, which begins Thursday in Los Angeles, but plans to be around the team as much as possible while he undergoes his rehabilitation.
