The Bulls announced on Friday that third-year big man Lauri Markkanen could be out 4-6 weeks after an MRI on Jan. 23 revealed an early stress reaction of his right pelvis.
The injury that could put Markkanen’s 2019-20 season in jeopardy. The plan is to rest him and then return to basketball activities in 4-6 weeks.
