Film doesn’t lie, as Zach LaVine and Bulls defense needs to improve

Zach LaVine might be the face of the franchise, inking that max contract last season, but he needs to start being at least consistently a bit more present on the defensive end if the Bulls want to turn this around.

DENVER – They were ugly plays on Friday.

A day later while watching the film, it wasn’t like they got easier on the eyes.

While the defensive lapses by the Bulls were many in Friday’s loss to Brooklyn, the face of those lapses happened to be the financial face of the franchise in Zach LaVine.
