Dwyane Wade, Bulls proud of Chicago with Cubs in World Series

The Bulls kick off their season later this week, but they are a distant second in the Chicago sports fan consciousness. That will happen when the Cubs do something they haven't done in 71 years. Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg and forward Doug McDermott are lifelong Cubs fans, but the team's highest-profile Chicago-area native, Dwyane Wade, has been the most vocal Cubs supporter during this memorable playoff run.

When the Cubs beat the Dodgers on Saturday night, cementing a trip to the World Series to take on the Cleveland Indians, Wade and his close friend and former teammate, Ohio native LeBron James, hinted over Twitter that they were making a bet.
