Recently, Denzel Valentine posted a picture that showed him wearing a walking boot on his left ankle. It turns out that he had an offseason ankle scope procedure done on his left ankle after having issues with it throughout his rookie season with the Chicago Bulls.
The report from Chicago Tribune Bulls beat man K.C. Johnson was that Valentine would be facing 3-4 weeks of rehab with the left ankle, but would be ready to go for summer league action after the 2017 NBA Draft.
Valentine used his Instagram account again recently to show that progress is being made on his health and that he could be ready to go in the Bulls’ quest to defend their prestigious Las Vegas Summer League title this summer in Sin City.
