It’s surprising when you remember that Joakim Noah is only two years removed from winning the NBA’s Defensive Player of the Year award, an All-Star appearance and a fourth-place finish in MVP voting.
Nowadays, he’s a shell of his former self.
Coming off the bench this year, Noah has averaged just three points and 8.5 rebounds a game. His shooting percentages have been noticeably horrendous. Noah’s shooting 34 percent from the field and a dreadful 31 percent from the line, yet apparently, the Dallas Mavericks are interested in acquiring the 30-year-old big man.
