NEW: Chance The Rapper and Common will be the headline performers at the NBA All-Star Game in Chicago - their hometown - on Feb. 16.
Chance and his brother Taylor Bennett will also serve as ambassadors for All-Star weekend, working with the Bulls and the NBA on various things.
