Among the teams around the NBA that have a heavy crop of players entering free agency this summer, the Golden State Warriors could be the most severely impacted. On the other hand, the Chicago Bulls should maintain a relatively stable level of roster retention between this past regular season and the beginning of the 2019-20 campaign. A few of the notable stars from the Warriors that are hitting contract years this off-season are forward Kevin Durant and shooting guard Klay Thompson.
It would be a big mistake for the Bulls to turn the attention away from primary position needs like point guard and frontcourt depth.
