As moves have already been made this week, the Chicago Bulls are currently evaluating their teams needs and direction in order to come to a decision with regard to what they will do at the deadline. The team could very realistically be a buyer, seller or even stay put. It is unlikely that the team makes any major moves between now and tomorrow afternoon, but smaller deals are a real possibility.
The Southwest division contains some interesting trade partners for the Bulls, with some of these franchises currently in rebuild mode, some that could be on the brink of a rebuild, and a few contending rosters.
