The Chicago Bulls have ruled out their young star in Lauri Markkanen for the rest of the season. This was first reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic. The Bulls would later confirm the news.
In the press release executive vice president of basketball operations John Paxson said the most important thing is the long-term health of their players.
The Bulls say Markkanen has been going under serious of due to a rapid heart rate and fatigue. He had to leave the game against the Raptors on March 26.
