Chicago Bulls: Kris Dunn didn’t receive a single All-Defensive Team vote

Kris Dunn had an impressive second year in the NBA. He averaged 13.4 points, 6.0 assists, and 4.3 rebounds per game. Those offensive numbers are much improved from his rookie season with the Minnesota Timberwolves, but the offensive end of the court isn’t where Kris Dunn is making his money.

Kris Dunn’s defense is special. His ball-hawking, never take a defensive play off mentality is something unusual in today’s NBA.

Here’s an example of what I’m talking about:

Monk can't bring the ball up against Kris Dunn. Really impressive defense. pic.twitter.com/8E2CsLhmaq

And this sequence wasn’t a rare one for the Chicago Bulls point guard.
