On Tuesday, the Chicago Bulls announced that they have picked up the third-year option on Lauri Markkanen, and fourth-year options on Denzel Valentine and Kris Dunn. The news isn’t surprising, as this was expected. Dunn, Markkanen, and Valentine will now all be under contract with the Bulls for the 2019-2020 season.
This is Lauri Markkanen’s second season with the Chicago Bulls. Markkanen was acquired during the 2017 NBA Draft from the Minnesota Timberwolves. He played in 68 games last season for the Bulls and averaged 15.
