It was announced on Thursday that the Chicago Bulls were signing Brandon Sampson of the Rio Grand Valley Vipers, an NBA G League team to a Two-Way deal. NBA teams are permitted to have two Two-Way players on their roster at any given time in addition to their 15-man roster,
Sampson went undrafted in the 2018 draft out of LSU. This season, he is averaging 17.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists in just over 35 minutes per game.
Sampson brings his outside shooting ability to the table, shooting just under 40% from three this season, and 85% from the free throw line.
