With the passing of the 2018-19 NBA Trade Deadline for the Chicago Bulls, there were some targets left on the board that could’ve made their way to the Windy City. The Chicago Bulls did do a nice job of retooling the roster a bit and offloading some players that would weigh down the cap situation this off-season.
The big deadline deal that the Chicago Bulls did manage involved sending the forward combo of Jabari Parker and Bobby Portis to the Washington Wizards for a return of small forward Otto Porter Jr.
