Although injuries have certainly been prevalent for the NBA as a whole, it seems the Chicago Bulls have been hit extra hard in recent memory.
Over the past two seasons, players central to the rebuild- Like Lauri Markkanen, Kris Dunn, Bobby Portis and Zach LaVine-have all missed a significant amount of games at some point.
While the team as a whole definitely improved depth-wise over the course of this past offseason, the point guard position remained relatively lackluster.
To the surprise of many, however, this position has been a lot more productive than expected in lieu of Dunn’s absence.
