The Chicago Bulls front office is seemingly built to snatch new life from the brink of termination and they might have delivered once again. It has become something of a ritual: build, make poor roster decision, tear down. Rinse and repeat. Maybe this will be the one that reaches its potential.
John Paxson and Gar Forman, (rarely affectionately) known as GarPax, went into the 2019 NBA Draft with an obvious need and multiple ways to fill it. They left with a player that they think can be their point guard of the future and a hyper-athletic backup big man.
