The 2020-21 regular season begins soon for the Chicago Bulls, and a new host of breakout players could be in waiting in the fourth year of the rebuild.
Tip off is just a few days away for the Chicago Bulls and the time is right for this rebuild to move forward in its fourth year. The Bulls made a number of changes from the front office all the way down to the coaching staff over the offseason to try and shift the direction of this rebuild in a more positive sense.
