For the third consecutive year, the Chicago Bulls were caught drafting seventh in the lottery. In the 2019 NBA Draft, the Bulls wound up picking for both positional need and best player available on the board. With that, the Bulls were able to nab a solid player in the former North Carolina Tar Heels standout 6-foot-5 point guard Coby White. Right away, White became one of the more popular picks in the lottery.
