As the Chicago Bulls continue to fall down the Eastern Conference standings, the certainty that they need to make ample changes to the coaching staff, front office, and the roster rises. The Bulls carried a record of 20-39 into what was a rather uninspiring Feb. 29 matchup on the road at Madison Square Garden against the lowly New York Knicks.
These two teams are about as bad as it gets in terms of franchise outlook in the entirety of the Eastern Conference right now. The Bulls don’t have much direction the third year of their rebuild under the direction of head coach Jim Boylen.
