The discussion surrounding how the hiring of former Oklahoma City Thunder and Florida Gators hoops head coach Billy Donovan can positively impact the Chicago Bulls heading into the 2020-21 season is really heating up. Donovan was hired to replace former Bulls head coach Jim Boylen back on Sep. 22, which was news that was met with a ton of overwhelmingly excited reactions from this fan base.
It also seems like the players are fans of the Donovan hiring, and where this rebuild could be going heading into its fourth year. The Bulls finished up with a record of 22-43, good for 11th place in the Eastern Conference standings, during the shortened 2019-20 regular season.
