Heading into the 2020-21 regular season, the Chicago Bulls cap sheet didn’t look a whole lot different than it did during the prior campaign. Under the direction of former vice president of basketball operations John Paxson and general manager Gar Forman, the Bulls had an inconsistent (but not too tied up) cap sheet for the new regime to work with last offseason.
The Bulls ultimately wound up parting ways with the GarPax regime (granted Paxson was just demoted to more of a senior advisor role) in favor of first-year executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas and new general manager Marc Eversley.
