Feb. 6 is going to be the final day this season where the Chicago Bulls can execute a trade and either continue down the rebuild path or try and build the roster to help their chances in the playoff race. The Bulls head into a big Jan. 22 matchup against the struggling Minnesota Timberwolves with a record of 16-29, coming off their Jan. 20 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks by the final score of 111-98.
That less than stellar record for the Bulls is a big factor as to why they should be leaning toward seller status at the trade deadline.
