Executive VP of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas and general manager Marc Eversley did not catch the stroke of luck they were looking for to get back in the draft lottery this year.
That means that the Bulls’ first-round draft pick for this year sticks with the Orlando Magic after the trade that landed star center Nikola Vucevic in the Windy City.
