The Chicago Bulls (4-13) take on the Phoenix Suns (3-13) in what should absolutely be the Bulls’ first all-out tank game of the season.
Last season, tank vs. tank matchups evolved to a new stratosphere of shamelessness. The Bulls did their future no favors by actively trying to lose games but winning their most critical matchups against other tanking teams. Friend of the site, Stephen Noh, reported on this error last season.

Luckily, the Suns seem to be as inept at tanking as the Bulls (add that to Charles Barkley’s list of things going wrong with Phoenix).
