For the Bulls, Jabari Parker missed the debacle Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks with a strained right knee, but plans to play tonight.
In the Bulls win Monday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Parker played just 12 minutes which is something he told reporters he’d like to see changed.
