The Bulls have spent a lot of time talking about a fast start to the 2019-20 regular season, ever since the dismal 2018-19 campaign came to an end.

It’s about bringing in vets that have dealt with a playoff atmosphere, and at the same time understand what it takes to teach the younger players the importance of learning how to win.
