All it took was 24 hours for the Chicago Bulls summer league roster to look like a bunch of inexperienced rookies and young guys thrown together on a team coached by a first-year head coach.
Doug McDermott missed eight of 13 shot attempts, while the star from Saturday’s win, Bobby Portis, missed nine of his 10 shot attempts in a 81-66 Bulls loss to the Toronto Raptors.
The rest of the Bulls roster wasn’t much better, as the Bulls shot 22-for-70 from the field (31.4%) and committed 14 turnovers in the 15-point loss.
