Last night featured a pair of teams in the midst of their respective rebuild; the 13-27 Dallas Mavericks playing host to 14-25 Chicago Bulls. Fortunately, the game turned into a very watchable couple hours of basketball.
Right out of the gate, the Bulls found themselves red hot. Starting off perfect, they shot 7-of-7 and 4-of-4 from three to kick off the action, jumping out to an 18-7 lead.
However, after scoring 28 points before the 7-minute mark of the first, Chicago went cold. The quarter ended with a 34-28 Bulls advantage.
As the first half of play continued on, it was the young Bulls leading the charge.
