Bulls fall short in Boston, after strong first-half showing

It’s always a bit of a distraction to play on a major holiday, December 23rd being the annual secular, alternative celebration of Festivus. So perhaps appropriately, Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg Saturday after the Bulls 117-92 loss to the Boston Celtics aired his grievances.

“Lost our movement, lost our pace, body language was very poor,” Hoiberg said, acknowledging it was the Celtics who exhibited feats of strength as the game progressed. “They came out in the third and threw the first blow and we didn’t ever recover from it; those are the kinds of things we have to find a way to get through.
